What’s included in your coaching program?

Each program includes a personalized workout plan, custom meal plan, weekly check-ins, coaching calls (based on tier), accountability tracking, and optional faith-based support. You also get direct access to me via the coaching app.

Do I need a gym or can I work out at home?

No gym? No problem. Your program can be tailored for home workouts using minimal equipment, or for the gym if you prefer that setting. I’ll meet you where you’re at.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most clients start seeing changes in energy, mood, and body shape within the first 3–4 weeks. You can expect to lose fat, build lean muscle, and create sustainable habits if you stay consistent and follow the plan.

What if I’ve failed in the past or feel unmotivated?

That’s exactly why I built this program—to support anyone who’s tried everything and needs real accountability, mindset shifts, and structure. You don’t have to be perfect, just committed.

How are the meal plans created?

Your plan is based on your goals, lifestyle, food preferences, and any allergies or health conditions. It’s realistic, not restrictive—no starving, no fad diets.

Do I have to follow a strict diet or give up all my favorite foods?

Not at all. I believe in balance, not extremes. You’ll learn how to enjoy your favorite meals while still hitting your goals through portion control, timing, and smarter swaps.

I’m really busy. How much time will this take?

Most workouts are 30–45 minutes and can be adjusted to your schedule. The nutrition and coaching support are designed for busy professionals, nurses, and moms—not bodybuilders with 3 hours a day to train.

Is this a faith-based program?

Faith-based support is optional and offered for those who want to align their health journey with their spiritual life. I also offer mindset and lifestyle coaching for anyone looking for a more holistic approach.

What’s the difference between each coaching tier?

Each tier includes different levels of support—from monthly check-ins to weekly calls, unlimited messaging, and masterclasses. I can help you choose what fits your goals, budget, and level of commitment.
